lighthost
Hello, we are using whmcs ver 4.0.2. I set 16% inclusive Tax rule, but Whmcs do wrong caculation. For example: My Hosting package cost 228 (ILS) The tax should be 36.48 (ILS), but Whmcs said 31.45 (ILS). Check the invoice example attached. Can someone explain it ?
scurrell
Looks correct to me. 196.55 x 16% = 31.45 196.55 + 31.45 = 228 Edited April 14, 2010 by scurrell
lighthost
Looks correct to me. 196.55 x 16% = 31.45 196.55 + 31.45 = 228 I don't understand it. The price shown on website is 228 which include Tax of 16%. I have clients who don't need by law to pay the Tax, then they ask me to reduce the price by 16%, which is: 228 - (228 x 16%) = 191.52 Please help me in this issue because I feel like a dumb.

You're using the wrong calculation 228 / 1.16 = 196.55172413793103448275862068966
