Problems getting iWHMCS to work

Hi,

 

I have recently got the iWHMCS license and while trying to get this work on our iPhone, I am not able to get it loaded. After filling in all the info, and hit Done, the page load it send us back to the iPhone home page and nothing else. When i try to go back to iWHMCS on the iPhone, the login info is not save.

 

We have our client area redirected to a subfolder http://billing.domain.com/mypanel when user enter billing.domain.com.

 

Name : iWHMCS

URL : http://billing.domain.com/mypanel/

username : admin

password : password of the admin

API Access : as according to the configuration.php API access

 

Any idea on this?

We also have trouble using iWHMCS. We downloaded the new version 1.2 today from the app store and once we type in our details like andy18 lists, and click done the app crashes and returns us to the iPhone home screen.

Try entering the full path to the /includes/api.php file. This worked for us.

Ben, what was the full url that you put in?

 

Also, why does it just crash.... and why could it not just use the details that have been working in there like other iPhone apps do when they update.

 

I enter my details, click 'done' and it closes off to the home screen.

 

To me, that is not good enough and clearly there is a fault.

Out of interest which version of WHMCS are you all using?

Using v.4.2.1 here

I see they released 1.2.1 today which says it includes fixes.

 

Ben, what was the full url that you put in?

 

I entered the URL like this:

http://www.domain.com/includes/api.php

 

I think if you had SSL https in the last version it would fail always. Looks like they fixed that too.

Using 4.2.1 works for me, if using below this then I think you need an updated api.php file or maybe try uploading the /includes/api.php file from 4.2.1 to your 4.1.x install? Hm, not sure.

I'm using 4.2.1 and I have the proper URL. I've tried a number of variations, and nothing. This is driving me nuts.

I meant the actual URL in order to try to help. If its private I would submit them a ticket.

I tried it on my iphone and got "Invalid Access Key" which is obviously because I don't have your access details.

 

Did you go to on your iphone the App store again and check for updates?
