Sorry you may not create any more accounts with the package xxxxxxxxx.

 

This happens when I click the Change Package button in client profile>services/product page. I'm on a reseller plan and think this has something to do with it. I spoke with hosting provider and they had some ideas. 1. Make sure the packages are identical to WHM and WHMCS. I done that. 2. Make sure any other account does not exceed any reseller account quotas. I did that . However, that did not solve the problem. All the options on the service/product page work except the Change Package button.

Would you be willing to share the fix, in case anyone else has the same issue? It can be really frustrating to search, find the same problem and see only "fixed"...
