WHMCS huge problem please help :(

Please, if anyone can tell me how to solve. In General settings-->Localisations I enetered utf-16

 

Now the page is all like this 㰡䑏䍔奐䔠桴浬⁐啂䱉䌠∭⼯圳䌯⽄呄⁘䡔䵌‱⸰⁔牡

 

I cannot acces to anything, I cannot change anything. DOes anyone can help. WHere in the directories I can change this SYSTEM CHARSET?

in your admin edit whmcs/admin/templates/v4/header.tpl and change thisline.

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset={$charset}" />

to

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

then you should be able to log into your admin to re-set the charset in your general settings.

Don't forget to change the header.tpl back to normal when done.
