salty
I had forgot my admin password (somehow it wasn't saved in FireFox or KeePass) and got locked out of the system. After about 24 hours, I was able to get back in to admin. Everything works on the admin side, but now the entire client side, including the order form is a blank page. Any ideas?

rmesa4748
I am having the same problem. I have a back-up login, but doesn't help because this is a IP blocking feature. I don't want to loose this feature, but it is frustrating for admins when we get locked out (for what ever reason). Having said that, it would be nice to have a back-door. Is clearing the aforementioned folder/directory the solution in most cases? Any suggestions would also be welcomed. Thanks, Robert
Daniel
If your IP is blocked, its a case of deleting it from the 'tblbannedips' database table.
