goldenairways
Hello, I have got a free InstantSSL certificate and got up to the point of installing it onto cPanel but after that it says I don't have an SSL certificate. I am a bit stuck with what could be wrong with it. I am not very experienced with SSL and quite new to it so if somebody is able to help, just let me know what things you need because I am quite new to SSL certificates. Thank you in advance.
JFSG
Where are you seeing this error?
Wiredremix
First thing to check: Is the domain you are installing it onto on a private IP Address that is not shared.?
vchosting
Very valid point it must be a dedicated IP address for it to work. Can you also paste the exact error you are getting along with the location of the error and the url you were visiting at the time if appropriate.
