How to assign to a ticket department? (noob question??)

Hi all,


It is my first time using WHMCS and I am testing it all to start selling the services.


Here is my first (noob) doubt:



- I already create 2 departments with diferent emails. When I login as Admin and try to check the new tickets I get this info:


Access Denied

You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets



So my doubt is how can the Admin be assigned to all of the departments to be able to see and reply to all the new tickets.

I will use this thread for another doubt... It is more complex - must change some file:


- do you know how can I remove the information that appears in the Orders saying :"Free Domain" within parenthesis. ? , in every product or service that we offer a free domain registration.
