tozaz Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Hi all, I have an issue when i try to register a domain name An Error Occured An unknown fault occured - please contact support I check here for the error http://wiki.whmcs.com/ResellerClub An unknown fault occured - please contact support This error occurs when the client's profile data contains characters other than a-z and 0-9. Any accents or other non-latin characters need to be replaced as the ResellerClub API won't accept them. I check my client profile and it was good, i even create a new account with a-z and 0-9 but tat's not work i have the same error. Could someone who deals with resellerclub api help me.
