no TinyMCE in ticket reply window, why?!

Support tickets do not support HTML markup and any HTML included in a ticket is escaped to prevent parsing by the browser. This is by design so clients can paste code without having it parsed by the browser. I'm afraid there is no solution at the moment. I think it would be nice to see an option for being able to make a specific ticket reply have HTML however.
