rmccny Posted March 5, 2010 Share Posted March 5, 2010 Support tickets do not support HTML markup and any HTML included in a ticket is escaped to prevent parsing by the browser. This is by design so clients can paste code without having it parsed by the browser. I'm afraid there is no solution at the moment.
