Set a price for a order - being charged more?

Hi there, I've set a price for a order and when clicking to order the purchase the system is charging more than I've specified?

package price $7.80 monthly.

No Setup fee.

I even created a discount coupon to use for which gives 1-month free (IE: $7.80 discount).

When adding to an account the system is saying that $14.56 is pending owing on the account, but the invoice waiting to be paid is for $7.80

Hurm, looking at this it appears to be forward billing until the 25th of April...

Can I have the system issue an account and invoice from the date they place the order for a monthy cycling from the day they place the order?

Or is the more better practice to have a billing cycle for everyone cycle on the same day of each month.

Under each product, look for "Prorata Billing" in the pricing tab. On or off per product, and some options are available.

I prefer anniversary billing.
