Removing individual cart items

Hi

 

We've had a lot of people email us about being unable to remove individual items in the shopping cart.

 

Instead, they are forced to clear the entire cart using "Start Over" and add the individual items correctly again.

 

There should be functionality to remove individual cart items at /cart.php?a=view

 

I think this only occurs in the template we are using (portal)

Cart, web20cart and default have the ability to remove individual items.

 

(it depends on the order template you are using)

As m00 explained, if you are using a cart based template you get this option. If however you are using a single product type of order form then there's only the option to start over. You can add the remove links if you want but those templates aren't intended to be used in a cart like manor.

the remove link is actually not available on the default template. Would be great to see built-in in a future update since this is an important feature in user interaction. The start over option does register for a user as easily as "remove" since the latter is what buyers are used too.
