rldev Posted February 23, 2010 Share Posted February 23, 2010 Maybe I am overlooking something, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove a product or domain from a user's account. You can select "terminate" or "cancel", but this still leaves the product in their account and it makes it very confusing for the admin. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rldev Posted February 23, 2010 Author Share Posted February 23, 2010 Thanks, I thought this deleted the client. What if I have say 2 hosting accounts for one client. Is it the same procedure? I found out for myself. Works as it should. I remeber doing this a while ago and deleting a account. I suppose I wasn't careful.
