riuhost
When a hosting plan has a free domain assigned to it (for yearly plan) When customers orders monthly payments it also assigns a free domain name. The invoice is created X USD for a plan and 0 USD for a domain. But when person pays X amount for the invoice the payment is still marked as incomplete.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 3, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 3, 2007 Which order form template are you using? And any custom modifications?
intramanga
I have something similar strange. In the invoice list , an invoice with unpaid status , clicking the 'mark paid' button does not change the status to PAID if the amount of the invoice is 0,00. Putting an amount of 0.01 does change the status. Ed, EDIT: Or with any negative amount it is not possible to change status neither.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 5, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 5, 2007 Following investigation there has been an issue with the boxes order form. A workaround is to use the default order form for now. An update will be released to address the issue in the next week or so.
