Is that automatically done based on the department selected in the admin settings? 2) If I make changes to the contact.tpl file, it doesn't seem to change http://GJinternetSolutions.com/home/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=3 - The question is: Why? 3) How do I fix the text box size issue? growe Posted February 18, 2010 Share Posted February 18, 2010 Figured it out... If the mail settings are set for the Pre-Sales Contact Form to go to an email, contact.tpl is used.
