Adding a domain status

When we lose a domain to another provide, that name is neither cancelled nor expired, so I'd like to add a "transferred" status so that I know we once managed it.

Do you know where I can do that, as I have found no option to add that service status ?

If the domain "leaves" your control, then cancelled is the correct status to use.

Well for us and for accounting purposes, that cancelled status can only be applied to a product that was ordered by a c lient who then changed their mind within the legal delay and made us stop the process, hence for whom no product was ever paid. We need a different status for domaines that were used then transferred out, do you know if we can add a custom status ?
