Problems with migration from ClientExec

Recommended Posts

Hi to all!

Last 2 years we had used ClientExec. Now we bought WHMCS by your reseller kayotex, migrate from ClientExec, and have a lot of problems. But can't get support from kayotex, and believe that you will help us.

The bigest problem is - don't transfer orders ( products and services transfered good, but no one order had transfer. Is it possible to fix it?

Next problem is - incorrect number of "next paid invoce number" - WHMCS generate for a new customer invoce (for excample) #3410, after the payment - number of invoce changing to 1, 2, 3 etc. But when we open invoce details - the number is correct - #3410. But on the page with all invoces the bumber is incorect. We try to change #next paid invoce number in general config - but no result.

And the last big problem - is Resellerclub plugin. Our Native language is russian, and all our customers are from russia or belarus, and all orders on russian language. when we where using ClintExec - billing automaticaty change the domain details of customers and register domains automaticaly. No we have a problem with WHMCS - Customer place new order for domain, pay for it - and the WHMCS give a result - that manual activation is need. But when we translate customers details on english - resellerclub module works good. Is it possible to fix.

We need the resellerclub module automaticaly translate client details to english and register domain.

Please help us and sorry for my bad english
