WHMCS email template for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder.

We built our own email template for WHMCS because we have clients that register for hosting after a 30 day trial using our Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder software. After emails back n fourth between Matt at WHMCS and Parallels support desk we found there was no automatic API solution possible to sign up a client and install server space for this same new client without going to some major costs to write a PHP file. So we decided to use cPanel's WHM because our servers are Linux running Apicha and using cPanel already.

So for right now as a long drawn out process we manually add new clients to Sitebuilder thru our ADMIN pannel then assign their 30 day trial account a perminate status using our pre-set hosting plan in Sitebuilder. This makes it possable for a 30 day trial Sitebuilder user to publish thier web site to our servers making them a perminate active hosted client.

Below is our email template for your use. Obeviously there will be certin changes you will want to make to personalize this email template for own hosting company.

8) Enjoy!

Dear {$client_name},

Thank you for using Hostmy1stweb as your website hosting service!

Your Sitebuilder account has now been activated and this email contains all the information you will need in order to begin publishing the website you have previously built in Sitebuilder, thus making it available for viewing from the world wide web. If you have requested a domain name during sign up, we will register that domain once your payment has been cleared, this can take up to 72 hours.

Please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the Internet for between 24 and 72 hours. This process is called Propagation. Until your domain has Propagated your website and email accounts will not function, we have provided a temporary URL which you may use to view your website in the meantime. See below.

IMPORTANT: To access and manage your website in Sitebuilder you must go to http://sitebuilder.dizinc.com/Login and login using your Username and password below as your web site is no longer a 30 day trial and the URL you used before is now unusable.

TO PUBLISH YOUR SITE: Once logged into our Sitebuilder system from the URL supplied above, click "Go to Admin Panel" in the upper right corner of your browser. Once there you will see your "Site name", to the right you will see an Icon of a World, should you want to publish your web site to our hosting servers right away click on the world. It will only take a short amount of time. Should you receive a warning about "UTF-8" error, you can safely ignore this error as this notice is a incorrect server response to to the newest up-grade version of cPanel.

You can get help for Sitebuilder any time by using our help files once you are logged into your Sitebuilder account or by using our help file at http://download1.parallels.com/Sitebuilder/4.5.0/doc/site_owner/index.html?locale=en_US&article=/Admin/Site/List&help_type=site_owner

hi,

where i can find a interface or module for the windows version?

thanks, michael

We use a HTTP web connection through our server farms access point, provided by them.

There is no module for WHMCS to use Sitebuilder as a API or even anything close. So far!

All our client purchases are done through our cPanel WHM, but most of our Sitebuilder specific set-up work and ADMIN is done through a HTTP web connection URL to our servers access point, all by hand.

Regards,

Robert
