I'm most excited by the opportunity to completely customize my client area. I haven't completely gone through the templates and made modifications but will be doing so soon. Judging by the few minor changes I've made so far, it seems to be a very promising feature. You've not only addressed several issues that have come up in the community, you've finished these modifications much faster than any competitor products I've used. I switched over a few months ago from a very powerful script that had a huge following but went nearly 2 years without any major improvements (aside from bug fixes). I am more than pleased with the frequency of QUALITY releases at WHMCS, and have not looked back since I converted. It's the perfect solution for smaller webhosts such as myself. Once again, bravo.
