3rd Party Tech Support - Know any.

My site is growing fast than I had anticipated, and I find myself sleeping less and spending more time on the computer, when the damned live chat buzzer goes off in the middle of the night.

 

However, I am still waaaay to small to hire someone, and I can't seem to be able to find any outsourced 3rd party help desks that are at reasonable prices.

 

I would only expect a max of about 3 chat sessions, or 3 tickets per night.

 

Does anyone have any experience with 3rd party help desks? How much do they cost, and what is there web address?

I have not used them but have a look at bobcares they have a per ticket etc..

 

I haven't actually signed up yet, but I've been in contact with http://bobcares.com. I've been impressed so far with the email correspondence I've had with them and plan on signing up within the next few weeks. They'll even work from the ticketing system built into WHMCS, so it will be seamless to your clients. Their pricing seems reasonable too.

 

Has anybody here actually worked with them before? Surprisingly a WHMCS forum search doesn't yield much results.

Hi all,

Has anyone found a quality solution? I have been utilizing Bobcares and their US phone support is good, but there is a major disconnect between them and the team that handles ticket replies. The ticket team just seems to be responding to tickets just to respond even though they don’t seem to have anything meaningful to say. 
 

I’d love to hear of any alternatives you all have worked with.
