Damo Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 Hi, The message "Error: Invalid Registrant information." is being displayed in the activity log for an existing customer placing a .org registration. This customer orders domains all the time and their contact details haven't been changed since they were originally setup. Where can I see an expanded error for which part of the registration information" is incorrect? I've tried searching all through WHMCS and eNom. A google for that error links to the wiki docs for enom but it's an outdated listing as I can't find that text anywhere on the resulting wiki page. The order in WHMCS doesn't show what information was supplied (if different to the default contact info) for the domain registration. Damo Posted January 13, 2010 Author Share Posted January 13, 2010 I just got a reply from eNom advising that they will not support me, I need to contact WHMCS and if they're unable to answer the question then WHMCS will have contact eNom on my behalf.
