Hi, we're currently running v5.3.14 and seeing this fatal error for a 'gocardless' service. The full error: Fatal error: Array ( [error] => Array ( [0] => Couldn't find PreAuthorization with 'id'=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx [WHERE "limits"."type" IN ('PreAuthorization')] ) ) in xxxxx/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php on line 0 The file in question is encoded so im not sure how to troubleshoot it. Any ideas? -
When I try to edit the hosting products I get the following error Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _createCustomer() (previously declared in /home/zigza4jw/public_html/whmcs/modules/servers/resellerclubmdhostingin/resellerclubmdhostingin.php:483) in/home/zigza4jw/public_html/whmcs/modules/servers/resellerclubvpsus/resellerclubvpsus.php on line 486 I noticed another post on this going back to 2007 This is the first time I needed to make changes to existing products so I don't know when this problem was created Can anyone help resolve this interestingly I do not resell hosting in india resellerclubmdhostingin/resellerclubmdhostingin.php or the US resellerclubvpsus/resellerclubvpsus.php -
Hello, I upgraded my WHMCS from 5.3.14 to version 6.2. I followed instructions from WHMCS video tutorial, but when installation was finished, installation folder deleted, I got this fatal error "Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/.../public_html/whmcs/vendor/illuminate/database/Illuminate/Database/Capsule/Manager.php on line 73". I checked with phpinfo(), PDO is enabled. Is this problem related to some error during WHMCS upgrading process or with PHP settings. I'm not sure about the error because this is first time to make upgrade of WHMCS. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, Seeing if anyone is seeing this error too: Fatal error: Class 'WHMCS\View\Helper' not found Did a clean install of Version: 6.1.0 (6.1.0-rc.1) BuildId: bcb5dd5.60 Build Date: 10 Sep 2015 Everything went fine, after install complete went to the admin page and got error. Tried other pages same thing but /install page. Got the similar error with Version: 6.0.1 (6.0.1-release.1) * // * BuildId: 68f3a94.51 * // * Build Date: 15 Jul 2015 But, that had serious install errors had to manually run the SQL install scripts worked on that for 2 weeks still not working. So gave up on that one and gave the RC1 a try. Install went great, just afterwards does not work. This is on a 2012 Windows Hosting Server Thanks, Brian Davis
