I have a few clients that don't want to receive the autoresponder emails - I've search the forums and Google and can't see any way to achieve this (PLEASE correct me if I am wrong
I know there is a global option to switch off autoresponse emails per department, which is great - however, I would prefer to leave this on but have a finer-grain control to be able to switch it off on a per client basis (the ones who complain about getting auto-response emails, of which there are some!)
In the client profile page, there is the option at the top:
Exempt from Tax: No Auto CC Processing: Yes Send Overdue Reminders: Yes Apply Late Fees: Yes
So how about adding one more: Receive Ticket Auto Replies NO (this would be applicable to all departments, just for this client)
