Dear All, My Product setting Configuration Prorate Date: 1 Charge Next Month: 32 So, every product that client buy will have Next Due Date value on tblhosting 01/mm/yyyy on each month My Goal: I want to make all Invoices that created by automatic cron (recurring invoice, etc) and publish to client have a duedate value 10/mm/yyyy The Next Due Date from tblhosting do not need to be change, because I need the product period date is 1 until the end of the date of that billed month. Is it possible to do that by create Hooks ? If yes, which Hooks variable that I need to use to achieve it ? If due date value from tblinvoices can be overwrite by hook, does the invoice reminder cron will follow the new due date ?

Hello, due to our specific busines needs, we need to create invoice on 01/01/2018 with due date 01/01/2018. When changing the automation setting to 0 for: 'Enter the default number of days before the due payment date to generate invoices' it seems to be disabling the invoice creation. The problem with settings due date 1 day before ( 31/12/2017) input this date in the invoice service line and its conflictuel for client Setting up due date on the second of the month goes against our business process. Any idea or work aroung is appreciated. thank you

Can somebody tell exactly how domains are selected for the sync cron? The documentation at https://developers.whmcs.com/domain-registrars/domain-syncing/ states: I don't like to enable "Sync Next Due Date", due to some complications with my registrar module and the fact how we invoice our customers. But from my observation it seems that domains are only synced if they are close to their "due date", is that correct?

I have my domains registered with Enom. On my WHMCS setup for each customer, I have the 'Next Due Date" set to the first day of the expiration month. Every time one customer does a payment, that Due Date change to the Enom next date. For exemple: I setup expiration for domain abc.com to 02/01/2017 the client pay it on 02/04/17 WHMCS automatic changes the next due date to 02/25/2018 How can I prevent WHMCS to change my Next Due Date? Thank you

WHMCS should implement separate due date for ID protection service and allow to select multiple years after domain is purchased. If customer buys ID protection after domain is registered it is only bought for one year, but if domain expires after 10 years WHMCS will let ID protection expire on the first year since the system has no idea what ID protection due date is.

Hi I need to change massively the due dates of products in orders. Can that be done? I have orders with 140 google apps accounts in them but need the same due date as in google apps, the due date I need is not the date I created the order it is already define cause are old accounts, and is a tough job to change 140 due dates manually for just 1 order. The only way to solve this I have found is to create packages lets say 5, 10, 20, 30 and match that number or create a 140 product package to match my Google Apps panel... Any ideas to solve this?
