Hi. I'm trying to get my client's email archiving up and going... but the "single sign-on" function isn't working. I also can't log in to my Marketplace account to start a support ticket either... not sure why if I'm logged into WHMCS. So I need some help! How do I provision the Spam Experts module? Does my client need to be registered on the Spam Experts website (or do I need an account there too)?

We are currently running Version 7.4.1 , and I was hoping the that the upgrade would solve the following problem in the MarketConnect module: i. We have activated all the spamexpert services (Incoming Email Filtering, Outgoing Email Filtering, Email Archiving) ii. We have activated all the promotion links for the client area and shopping cart. iii. When you checkout the only product showing is the Incoming Email Filtering in the addon section in the cart. iv. We cannot get the other two products (Outgoing Email Filtering, Email Archiving) to show in the addon section in the cart.
