  1. We have sent you an email that includes a workaround if you are using the Windows 8 consumer preview. We are aware of the issue with the Setup.exe and we plan to have this resolved closer to the Windows 8 Release Preview and Windows 8 launch.
  2. Thank you for the feedback, we do appreciate it. Since releasing the WHMCS module add-on we did improved the templates by adding Smarty template support in addition to various other stability fixes. We have also been innovating in other areas, for example our Android mobile app. Recently we have been working on improvements on the WHMCS integration by integrating open support tickets into the Live Help chat window interface. This feature we expect to be releasing in the near future.
  3. WHMCS sell the copyright line removal for the owned Live Chat add-on licenses at a discount for WHMCS customers, I believe they have been selling this for a few months now. You can customise all other images and the chat window design without paying any additional fees, due to this we do not believe that our copyright line is obnoxious. Thank you for your feedback and we are always working to improve the Live Chat add-on.
  4. The pricing for the WHMCS Live Chat module is not increasing, just the licenses purchased directly from us. WHMCS customers still have access to the current discounted licenses if they wish to order the Live Chat add-on from WHMCS. I can't comment on if WHMCS will be changing the Live Chat introductory pricing offer that is available at the moment. The iPhone and Android app pricing is also not changing, just the single domain and multiple domain licenses if ordered directly from us.
  5. Please lodge a support ticket at http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/kb/ticket/ and we will be able to assist you with the VoIP crashing issue. At the moment WHMCS customers can not access our customer area and you shouldn't need to access it. The WHMCS client area contains the server software downloads for the WHMCS module installation, everything else on our web site (downloading the latest Windows app, submitting support tickets etc. doesn't require a login). I do not believe we have a PSD file available for the image that you have mentioned, however please mention this in your VoIP ticket and we will try help you out with that.
  6. Thanks, the link is now fixed on the Android logo. Sorry for the confusion that caused. There is an issue that we have confirmed on our test environments using WHMCS v4.4.x and the Live Chat add-on for WHMCS v4.4.x This will cause problems with the Windows application login and we believe it is related to the licensing, we are working with WHMCS directly to resolve the issue. This issue is not occurring with the WHMCS v4.5 downloads.
  7. Within a future update to the Live Chat add-on we will be adding options within the installation to import and sync the WHMCS accounts.
  8. Our Live Help Android app was released on May 9th 2011, You can purchase it at https://market.android.com/details?id=com.stardevelop.livehelp and it was also announced on our company blog at http://blog.stardevelop.com/
  9. Could you please contact us with a support ticket at http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/kb/ticket/ to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue?
  10. Yes, a patch for this issue was integrated into our Live Help software a few days ago. I do not believe the Live Help version number was updated though (we will contact WHMCS to have the version number updated). The issue is related to the /livehelp/xml/ directory which is used by the Windows application.
  11. Can you please re-download the Live Help files from your WHMCS client area and then re-upload the /modules/livehelp/xml/ directory? This should resolve the message delivery issue you are experiencing.
  12. Thank you, we will have the Windows app > HTML code section show the correct WHMCS HTML code in the next update / patch.
  13. You can check the version of the Live Help Server Software by following the KB article at http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/kb/article/108/ You would need to adjust the paths to take into account the WHMCS /modules folder. The Live Chat WHMCS module version will be shown within the client downloads area when logged into the WHMCS client area.
  14. Sorry for the delayed response regarding this issue. Could you please contact us at http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/kb/ticket/ or email support at stardevelop dot com? We will then be able to troubleshoot the issue further directly with you. We would also like to troubleshoot why the search engine keyword detection is not working with your installation.
  15. The invite feature is being included in the next update. I don't have a date that this update will be released as we are adding a few other improvements to the iPhone app. We are currently working on the Android app, no details on a release date yet though. You can subscribe to our blog at http://blog.stardevelop.com/subscribe/ for any major release updates or follow our Twitter account.
