Try placing your logo image file in the <whmcs installed folder>/images folder. Works for me.

Matt, I had replied to the ticket #271373 on 3 occassions (Dated - Posted: 21/02/2007 12:59, Posted: 08/03/2007 07:29, Posted: 03/04/2007 04:23) and it does not get to the top of your list? Maybe there's a bug somewhere? I just checked that the ticket status is "closed". I had just replied to the ticket for the 4th time. Pls see if it gets to your top list. I'm not here to bash WHMCS, it's a fantastic product and I have been very patient while Matt relooked into the APIs and actually said it's possible for the module to be done thus I did not pursue for a refund. However, I'm frustrated that I'm not getting a response for so so long. Let's get the module completed.

I had paid to develop the IPMirror registrar module since Nov 06. Got no replies until I sent in a helpdesk ticket number 271373 in Jan 07 after 2 mths with emails in between which Matt claimed did not received. After which a couple of replies followed and the module was to be due end of Feb as reflected by ticket subject amended by Matt - "IPMirror Module Updates - DUE: 30/02/2007". Following that, all my last 3 update requests(Dated - Posted: 21/02/2007 12:59, Posted: 08/03/2007 07:29, Posted: 03/04/2007 04:23) appended to the ticket trail did not get any reply. What happened? I'm very disappointed with the attention given to a paying customer with delivery deadlines missed without any explaination or response. It's not professional at all! I still want my module completed, but am not getting any priority. WHMCS is a great script, but customer service should not be neglected to such shocking extend.

Hello! Hope someone can shed some light on this. Is there a way to select Custom Registrar module from the registrar list? I could not see this option available to configure for domains which are not handled by Enom, Directi or Registerfly. I'm currently on version 2.5.7. Is the custom registrar documentation available in the v2.5 manual? I can't download the dl.php file without hitting a blank HTML page, not sure anyone encountered the same.

Is there a way to disable or hide the verification code as hidden field for the domainchecker.php form submit? Intending to put a simple domain lookup form on my home page but not display the verification code for entry.

Matt, thank you for your fast response. v2.5 sounds great! What are the charge rates like for building a custom module if I'm able to provide the API and documentation for a new Registrar? But it be of benefit for everyone if the module be made available for all. Then, in this case I should'nt have to pay for it. :wink: But payable custom modules gets higher priority for development, will I still fully own the intellectual property of the custom registrar module? Email me to take this discussion offline. I read that v2.5 uses a different template system for look n feel. If I purchase v2.4 now, the changes I made to v2.4 templates will not be compatible? I'm looking to get a headstart to integrate into my site rather than wait for v2.5 a few more wks later. What's your recommendation?

Does WHMCS support manual registration of domains not supported by eNom and Directi? I didn't see configuration options available from the online demo under Registrar settings. I'm looking to sell local domains from IPMirror(http://www.ipmirror.com) such as .sg, .hk etc. Any plans to support IPMirror registrar integration? If not, I'm hoping WHMCS can at least provide a manual option for other unsupported registrars. I'm currently on WHMAP considering to switch to WHMCS.
