  1. This stopped working with WHMCS 5.3.10. It doesn't terminate free trials anymore.
  2. Has anyone come across this issue? When a client Logs into cPanel from their client area the Cpanel layout is corrupt. Screenshot attached.
  3. I know this is an old post, but I thought I would comment on the upset. I thinks its a great idea where can I get the script? Have any of you ever been to Disney? and bought Fast Track tickets pushing those poor people to the back of the queue. I did and it was the best extra $100 I spent. Unfortunately we all live in a premium world and only those who can afford it get the premium treatment, that's just the way it is. I'm not saying it's right or wrong but we all need to get along.
  4. Does this allow the customer to purchase a paid package while the free trial is suspended?
  5. Hi All, Does anyone know how to display code in customer emails. For example: I would like the customer to receive the following code with a merge field in the welcome email. <iframe id="myframe" src="http://www.{$service_domain}" scrolling="yes" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" vspace="0" hspace="0" style="overflow:visible; width:100%; display:none; width:100%; height: 500px"></iframe> Is this possible?
  6. HI, I have been testing the product bundles mod and found a bug. I have 3 available addons that must go with a specific package. From the Order Summary page, if the customer refreshes the browser, the addons can now be removed or split and WHMCS allows the customer to checkout. This causes a major problem because the customer can customise their own Product Bundles. I havn't checked the forum to see if this issue has been raised previously. Is there any workaround for this? Thanks
  7. Hi all, Strange mobile phone number. I received a email paid invoice from WHMCS and this mobile phone number +447411027334 has appeared in the To: line of the email. Also when I send emails from my WHMCS installation the same number appears in the To: line also. Also whats very strange is, it only happens when i receive the emails on my smart phone and doesnt appear when I receive on Outlook. Could this just be my mobile phone do this, or something more sinister? Has anyone else experienced this or know what it is? Thanks
  8. After much testing I have to admit that DSI Wildfire doesnt even come close to VCJoomla15. VCJoomla15 is much easier to setup and better value for money. The answer is YES you can use your own Joomla version and it works perfectly. Great Script GUYS
  9. I concur with openmind. We all know the hassle of cancelling cards, especially if you use it for multiple subscriptions. Cancel your card ASAP and tell your credit card company the breach could have been days ago. (I have not read all the posts on this topic, but if WHMCS does not know exactly when the breach happened) this will give you protection on transactions before the breach. ? So we all cancel our card, subscriptions stop, does that mean WHMCS will suspend licensing shutting our systems down?
  10. Hi Guys, Its late , im tired and I was mucking around with settings and I have inadvertently banned my IP and cant gain access to whmcs admin. I can't believe i clicked ban my IP. I feel like a real jerk. Im hoping someone can tell me how to overide this and un-ban my IP. PLEASE HELP!:cry:
  11. Hi All, Hope anyone can help on this issue, i have seriously screwed up. This is what i have done. A personal friend has bought hosting from me with a .co.za domain name. The account has been setup but now my friend doesnt want the .co.za domain anymore he wants a .com. BUT!! I only went and registered the .com first with enom before allocating it on my WHMCS system first. So now when my friend logs into his account and tries to register it with my WHMCS it says its allready registered. So I now have a .com registered with enom that i cant' link to my friends WHMCS account. Does anyone know of a way to link the .com with his WHMCS account?
  12. Hi All, Im having a problem with WHMCS billing. When a client signs up for a hosting account and a domain name WHMCS sends and invoice to pay for the hosting+domain name, but when the client is directed to PayPal its only asking them to pay for the hosting and not the domain name. I have checked the WHMCS products/services section and the free domain name is set to none. Has anyone any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks Tony
  13. Hi Roger, Thanks for the reply. After systematically going through WHMCS admin i found the problem. General Settings > Domain Pricing i had the ID protection box checked. This was a strange thing because even though the addons and config had been deleted in WHMCS the ID protection still showed in the order form. Thanks Tony
  14. This perculiar problem has just begun happening. I had product addons and configurable options in my order form. I wanted to start again so i deleted all the addons and config options from the WHMCS admin. Problem: One of the old addons still shows on the order form as a config option, yet i dont have any options activated in WHMCS admin. Has anyone come accross this problem before. Thanks Tony
  15. WHMCS sends the welcome email with no problems after module activation on paid hosting packages but wont send the welcome email on free hosting packages. I have checked the settings side by side for paid and free hosting and they are identical apart from the free radio button in products and services - pricing. Have i missed something or has anyone had this problem. Thanks Tony
  16. Hi all, Im targeting a certain type of client with a promo code. I only want this client to be able use the promo code once per account. I have tried all the different configurations possible in the Promotion/Coupons section of WHMCS but. The client who has already an account and has used the promo code once already can still order the same product and use the same promo code again, and I do have the Apply to new signups only ticked. How can I stop the same client using the promo code again? Tony
  17. Hi Sohouk, Thanks for the advice, but i setup a test account and cleared the cookies, and it still didnt work. Back to the drawing board I guess. Thanks
  18. Hi All, I have scanned this forum for this answer but cant seem to find it. When a customer is not logged in, but is registered, the customer would like to use the Already Registered Button to login. The problem is this!! When the client clicks the button it goes to the Existing CLient Login Page and when the client enters their username and password it just resets back to the Existing Client Login Page and won't finish the checkout process. Snapshot attached. Has anyone had this problem before? Regards Tony
  19. Hi Every Body, Can anybody answer these questions. 1. Why does WHMCS still show a price box in the order process when you offer a free domain name? 2. Why does WHMCS still show a price box in the order process when clients want to transfer their domain name to us? Am I doing something wrong or can this not be changed. Your help would be apprciated. Thanks Tony
  20. The answer to this problem is: You must assign a domain to the account to enable cpanel to auto create.
  21. Hi, Everyone I have scanned this forum to try and find the answer to a major problem I have. I have tried everything to get this to work but WHMCS just will not auto setup client cPanels I keep getting the same error every time I purchase a service using a test account. This is the error from the activity log. Module Create Failed - Service ID: 17 - Error: Sorry, resellers are not permitted to create subdomains of the server's main domain. I have followed the instructions from other threads on this forum with this error and still does not work. I’m seriously thinking of using another automated client billing software if I can’t get this to work soon. I really like the WHMCS interface and how easy it is to use but it has drastically let me down at the most important hurdle " Cpanel auto setup" Is there anyone including the developers of WHMCS have any definitive answers to this problem. Regards Tony
