  4. Hi, I can confirm that even with the most recent version of ionCube 4.5.3, the problem is still there with the encoded file of Exception.php. The only way to solve the problem now is to replace the file with unencoded one.

  6. You may open a ticket with WHMCS technical support and ask for the unencoded file as nate said above.
  7. For anyone who face an issue about support ticket on WHMCS 5.3.3 (PHP Fatal error: Exceptions issue.) You may open a ticket with WHMCS technical support and ask for bugfix patch for Case #4028.
  8. In my opinion, 5.2 and 5.3 is much different in changes for core logic. Then, they won't publish patch for upgrade. If you are at 5.2, I would recommend you not to upgrade at this time, many issues here.

  10. There is an error on the directadmin.php file. Matt gave me the new file and the cronjob is working fine right now. RESOLVED!

  13. WHMCS Support guy asked me to give him the module log. The log didn't show any action about renew or register. (Show only "get registrar lock" , "get nameservers") I think the WHMCS didn't send any data to the registrar. This issue also occured on ResellerClub and WebNIC.
  14. Hi there, There is a bug on WHMCS 5.2.1 daily cronjob - No update on Disk Space, Bandwidth stats on daily cron. - WHMCS Activity Log can confirms this. - When run the cron, there is no "WHMCS Cron Job Activity" email send to admin. Thanks
