  1. Yes, that's correct. Contact your registrar, if they can disable this for you or not.
  2. I found that the issue cannot be solved with the HOTFIX as well.
  3. Is the account (noreply@nethosting.com) already created on live.com or Windows Live Admin service correctly?
  4. Hi, I can confirm that even with the most recent version of ionCube 4.5.3, the problem is still there with the encoded file of Exception.php. The only way to solve the problem now is to replace the file with unencoded one.
  5. The issue assigned to case #3513 for a long time with hopeless...
  6. You may open a ticket with WHMCS technical support and ask for the unencoded file as nate said above.
  7. For anyone who face an issue about support ticket on WHMCS 5.3.3 (PHP Fatal error: Exceptions issue.) You may open a ticket with WHMCS technical support and ask for bugfix patch for Case #4028.
  8. In my opinion, 5.2 and 5.3 is much different in changes for core logic. Then, they won't publish patch for upgrade. If you are at 5.2, I would recommend you not to upgrade at this time, many issues here.
  9. I faced the same issue as mordreneth. Re-upload did not help.
