  1. 4 months, no reply? I am still experiencing this issue. Would you rather i just submit a ticket?
  2. I've been using this more and more and noticed a few times even when i DO NOT put 2 invoice numbers in it does the same. It appears more or less when a invoice number is included it will go to 0$ after it's saved
  3. 5.1.2 Trying to add a paid out transaction to the transaction list. Billing > Transaction List > Add transaction If i fill it out normally with only 1 invoice number it shows up on the list of transactions fine BUT IF i fill it out using 2 invoice numbers (seperated by a comma such as 154898,154689) , use paypal as method, put in the transaction id for paypal, put in my amount for paid out , then press Add transaction it will show up on the transaction list as 0$ and change the description i put for it entirely.

  5. Sorry i meant to say your cron job log. do you have access to root? Or are you running a reseller account. If your on a shared or reseller account you will have to ask your host to see if there are any errors of the cron on the server itself. Does not seem like your jobs are completing
  6. Utilities > logs > activity post what u have for cron jobd
  7. In you log i dont see Cron Job: Completed You should check your cron log for any errors
  8. I've actually never had a problem with support time, even with the new release. The most delay i've received is 24 hours, which i think is pretty good basing they have 500 tickets or something crazy
  9. yea, but it makes me wonder why it stopped after doing the upgrade it's not like the path was different or anything. I dont see why it worked when i manually ran it vs.. the automated way.. just seems odd, guess we will see. i'll update the thread in 24 hours if it has run.
  10. I just deleted the cron job and i setup a new one, i ran it manually and it worked, guess i'll just wait and see if it runs at midnight
  11. I realize this for the domain sync but for the other cron job which was php -q /home/hosting/public_html/whmcs/admin/cron.php That has changed?

  13. I ordered your service and i'm really happy with it. I have already received the latest update and all is working great. I only have 1 feature request, i use fantastico but i also use Softaculous . I would like to see some articles for Softaculous . Thanks
  14. Personally when i started out that's what i did.. You will find you need the odd spare domain here and there so you might as well. You can always do a "test" through enom but i just wanted to make sure the system worked when i did it personally.. just do a hosting pack for 1 penny and a .com full price.. put it on your credit card and you will know for sure.
  15. sorry your post was a little confusing for me to read but i'll try to help if i can. I tried your dude-nyc with the " i will update my nameserver on a existing domain and it worked, i also tried it with the "register a name domain" but it said "this domain already taken" which is what it should. I never got the same error that you got in regards to "the domain you entered is not valid". I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers - the customer will choose this option if they have a domain already they purchased elsewhere and they will personally update the nameservers to point to your server Register a new domain - your description is kind of confusing. It should be something like " I would like MediaGunn to register a domain for me " In regards to removing the invoices from you cart, on step 3, there is a big red button that says empty cart... or optionally there is a blue link that says "remove" In regards to your question how do you remove/add things to cart i just explained the remove part at paragraph above. if you want them to add more things.. they can press "continue shopping" on step three. I noticed that your system goes from step 1 to 3... skips 2, not sure why
