Hi to all My country is switching currency to Euro so we are obligated to have dual currency displayed on invoices until the end of year 2023. First we need to show our local currency as default and then on 1.1.2023 we need to switch Euro to be default and local currency secondary. I understand that WHMCS does have ability to show multicurrency but on sent invoices this is currently not possible. I need to have dual currency there printed on PDF invoices. There is no need to have all prices in there, only TOTAL at the end must be shown additionaly in EUR. And to repeat, after 1.1.2023 we need to switch default currency. Can someone please help me with this so possibly I could insert code of a sort in invoicepdf.tpl, and wherever is needed to make this happen. Thanks in advanced !

Yesterday I had problem with domain which is used for WHMCS, so Cron job couldn't perform job at designated time. Today cron job worked but now I am worried that yesterday's invoices didn't sent out today. How can I check this and run yesterday's invoices if needed ?

I transferred WHMCS to another domain, reissued license, issued new re-captcha keys for new domain .......but now when checking domains domainchecker.php produce blank page. When I set re-captcha to OFF then it is fine, but when it is ON, result page for checking domains is blank. I even tried to delete re-captcha keys and set it again, but result is the same. What is wrong ?

I don't know whyt is going on with this option but it was not working for several months , and now I see again is working, sent e-mails for domain on this 11th.

I updated my whmcs to 5.2.13 but there are some problems I can see. Search field is not working , result is always Invalid Token. Any solutions to this ?

I received answer from whmcs support guys that credit is deducted after tax , so it is dedicted from total amount (subtotal+tax). So if I am correct, it is not taxed. But this is creating problem for me as I need clear details for total payment amount , it must be clear after credit is deducted, what is now subtotal and what is tax from this amount after credit is deducted.

So you are saying that credited amount is deducted from the invoice amount without tax ? But actually I think this is fine then. When affiliate earns amount , it seems it is based on how you set recurring amount for the service. If you set this to be displayed without tax, then earned commision is from amount wothout tax. And when this amount is credited to the affiliate user invoice, it should be again deducted from the amount without tax, right ? Because if it is deducted from the final amount with tax, then we woun't be able to have clear display of final payment amount details. It is confusing to describe this . Maybe example would be good. EXAMPLE If on invoice we have displayed : subtotal : 100 tax (25%) : 25 credit : 25 total : 100 This is confusing because credit is deducted from 125, and this way we don't have precise details on final total amount for paying which in my country is a must. But when this would be this way: subtotal : 100 credit : 25 subtotal after credit: 75 tax (25%) : 25 total : 93.75 This is better in my case as it is all clear to understand. But I don't know which was is the way WHMCS is working.

I just learned that when affiliate earns amount from sales, this percentage is calculated from complete amount with tax. I think this is not fair as tax is not our earned money. Our earned money is only from subscriptions without tax. Tax is going to government. The same way this earned amount should be afterwards processes as credit. It should be deducted on this affiliate user's invoice, but from the amount without tax (before tax). At least we shoud be able to choose how this earned amount is applied. Me too, I noticed this yesterday and I was suprised so I asked support what is going on. I am not satisfied with this. I want option so we can switch it off and use classic domain reminder setting. I hope they will reconsider this.

I can confirm some weird behaviour with Domain reminder e-mail too. I have only first reminder for domains active , 30 days before expiration date. All others are set to 0 (zero). But reminders are now coming to clients 12 and 24 days before expiration date for domain. There is no such setting in my WHMCS.

After I upgraded to version 5.2.2, every time I close browser and come back later , I need to login again to admin area. Before upgrade it was not this way until I logout (and I never logout). How can I fix that ?

Hi I would like to redirect clients which already have domains , directly to the hosting packages order.......but I would like that when they approach to the step where they need to enter their domain, that option for 'already have domain name' is already selected.
