I love that this exists, and my company's already purchased a copy of it - we've got five technicians with Android devices. We're US based, so it's CDMA for us - four HTC Droid Incredibles, and one Motorola Droid.
So, here's my two cents, re... FEATURE REQUESTS:
* "Show my flagged tickets"
* "Open a new ticket" (either 'generic' or from a specific client profile)
* Show tickets for a specific client.
I'm likely to be using the android developer kit soon, so I'd probably be OK with beta testing - though I don't have a non-production WHMCS installation I'm willing to bang against if there are risks there, though I could probably be pursuaded to do so.
