Hi Guys, Is anyone noticing problems with orders staying pending after the Paypal payment has completed? I have read and talked to a few people today saying that Paypal's IPN has changed. This has been happening all day on our WHMCS and on another site we sell digital downloads on. Thanks Jay

just wanted to add that Matt figured it out.... nothing wrong with the script was user error - i had previously hosted the same domain that was handling the licensing on the non working VPS but hadnt deleted the hosting account after i copied it to the new vps... soon as it was deleted started working as it should! great product and support - would certainly recommend to any one considering getting this! cheers jay

Glad to say the Matt saved the day - it turned out it was was user error! yep on the vps it wasnt working i had a one time had the same domain previously hosted on their... i had copied it but not deleted it... but Matt figured it out! Soon as i deleted it old account on the non working vps - it started validating immediately!!! Really was awesome support from WHMCS/Matt - totally recommend this product... if i can get it to work anyone can!!!!

Thanks John for the confirmation - we confirmed that curl is up to date and functional, i opened a support ticket and Matt is taking a look at for me.

Hi Guys, I am trying to setup my license addon script mobule but having a minor issue... The license is setup to allow domain, ip, and directory conflicts as well as allow the client to reissue. I am just using the default check_sample_code.php with the necessary changes to make it work with my setup... for the most part it works fine but am having trouble with it on two different servers... i have checked that the libcurl is the latest version but am still having issues... normally it says valid but for some reason on two particular domains i get the following message when i open up the and i don't know why its saying its invalid as it gives no description... Array ( [status] => Invalid [remotecheck] => 1 ) I have tested this with godaddy, hostgator, servint and ipower.... the sample file works fine with the exception with the hosting of ipower and servint... however i have 2 vps with servint it works on one of the servers but not the other??? initially both the ipower and the non working vps had the same libcurl version but i updated my libcurl to the latest version and still no change - the server settings are pretty much the same as my other other servint vps that works fine??? both my servint vps servers have separate whmcs scripts running on them with no known problems... thing is my script is finished but I dont want to release my script knowing there are problems validating the license - have spent a lot of time on this now and don't know what else to look at it? everyday holds up the release of my script... i do have a support ticket open but my issue has not been addressed yet... any help or a work around greatly appreciated cheers jay

am thinking the problem i am seeing is that perhaps the cleints hosting doesn't have curl or fsocks enabled... if this is the case the script cant validate correct?

thanks - tried everything i can find plus opened a ticket with support... still waiting for a response... i can get the licensing to work on my server but as soon as i load the script on a different server tried two different servers it fails??? so different domains same server works fine, different server different domains fails... i have all the allow conflict ips, domains, paths etc enabled - support suggest i remove those checks from the script which i did but somewhere i am guessing its still logging the ip address and failing it... despite allowing ip conflicts... this is the only thing holding me up releasing my script - getting frustrated now...

this is old i know but it doesn't look like it was ever answered fully and i too am looking for exactly the same answer.... have pretty much spent past 8 hours testing and searching for the answer... this doesnt answer the question though.... it doesnt seem to matter if i toggle any of the conflicts on or off secondary domains wont work? and the logs are not showing up either? if anyone was able to resolve this i would be super pleased if they could respond with a solution as the documentation doesnt seem to be complete? thanks in advance

Can we create an altearnative Admin Product/Services Tab/View - there are a number of fields i dont want showing and a number of fields i would like to re-arrange the order of... Is it possible to add a drop down for US states when adding new clients Reason being is that if Tax is going to be applied to some states the state name has to be entered the same way it is listed in Tax rule... Otherwise i am guessing that i would need to create several rules to cover all variations of a state, not sure what would happen if someone misspells the state name too.... Cheers in advance for any input...

Is there a way to disable or customize the tabs or perhaps even reorder them... ie i want to remove/hide the domains tab or move it to the end since its non functional.... Additionally i may also way to add an extra tab view or link is that possible... Thanks

I am heavily customizing WHMCS for a client and so far so good... Just a couple of quirks... 1) When i go to Add Order from the Client Summary Page is there a way to default the Billing Cycle drop down to say perhaps One Time Fee currently it defaults to Monthly. 2) I understand the need for you guys to encrypt your admin pages but it would be great if you would have wrapped the fields in div layers or given them IDs so as we can at least hide the fields we dont want to show... Additionally certain pages that dont need encrypting would be cool if we could edit summary pages like the Manage Orders View - I would like to make the Order # linkable... perhaps i am missing the point somewhere or thats not possible Either way I am using work arounds and it does me what i need it for! Thanks for your time and this great script!

just seen the enom reseller service you offer - may take a look into that maybe easier to move everything over to the your enom reseller account

and... 3) mmm whilst im at it - a print friendly feature... ie say for example i click on hosting account be nice to be able to print that list out or if i use filter to print the results out without the side menu - as when i currently print it it squashes the text up... hope that makes sense 4) sortable columns/headers in customer summary.... would be great to be able to have the columns sortable similar in the client summary view the same way as you do with the hosting and client views... for example i have clients with well over 20+ accounts and addon products be nice to be able to sort the view on say next renew date or signup date thanks for listening!

have been subscribed to WHMCS for a long time now but havent actually been using it! crazy i know but with over 200+ clients ive been putting off setting it up but this week i decided to stop what i was doing and get this thing working as trying to manually keep up to date with everyone and invoice everyone on time etc was just crazy!!! anyhow after a week of importing and configuring the sites these are some of the features i would love to see... 1) domains it would be great to have the domain be listed in the domain section regardless if it is connected to a reseller account or not - i know your documentation says it doesnt add the domain due to possible confusion, however i register a lot of my clients domains for them through my godaddy account, some people have their own domains, either way it would be great to either send a reminder to renew to either party... but it would be even more convenient for me to be able to see all my domains listed and with which registrar at the click of a button even if renewal isnt processed by whmcs for example i have about 100 domains with in an enom reseller account and about 250 with godaddy would great to be able to manage these and assign them to clients account 2) addon products... since i am not able to add in my domains registered with godaddy i have had to add them manually as addon products to the hosting accounts, when viewing the clients summary page it would be great to see an extra column indicating how many addon products each hosting account has - i have some clients with over 30+ hosting accounts, looking at the addon summary its not easy to identify if all the hosting accounts have had addon products (domains) added to them as opposed to an extra column indicating the qty 3) invoice pdf would be nice to edit the invoice pdf from the backend but thats me just being lazy! lol other than that i think this is a well rounded solution that i should have been using months ago!!! keep up the good work guys!

can you migrate your existing SPBAS userbase over? is the way it works similar to that of SPBAS? i wish there was a trial for like 5 licenses or something just to test it out...
