Have not tried it out personally but I do have a hypothetical question before i do . What would happen if say 2 affiliates by some random chance of nature enter the same coupon code for their discount coupons. ? Say Affiliate No 25 enter his coupon code as 30OFF as well as affiliate No50 enters too as as 30OFF. Will its still award the right affiliate his commission etc. Dothead

I am using the latest version 4.2 and all is working good except the resellers accounts do not show the usage stats under the Products services tab... Disk Usage: 0 MB, Disk Limit: Unlimited MB, BW Usage: 0 MB, BW Limit: Unlimited MB, (Last Updated: 28/05/2010 04:00) Whereas it shows up the usage stats fine for all shared hosting resold accounts Doe this require any special settings somehwre that I may have missed out ??? HI! John, I am using WHMCS Version 4.2.1 and just set up a new product with setup fees and configurable options. I also setup affiliates and enabled the product to pay out 10% on the product. The problem is that its calculating 10% on the full shopping cart price.... which includes the setup charges and the configureable options. Is there any way to omit these from being added while calculating the affiliate payout. Look forward to your reply or from anyone else who knows about this in depth. Thanks Dothead

Set up your addons as configurable options for the product. Then it will apply the comissions to the overall product. Let me know if this doesnt work for you. It should. Dothead

Hi!, I have installed WHMCS 4.1.1 and the portal index page is not showing alright. The Quick Navigation part is not in line with the left side of the page. I am using the default Portal template files as they came without any changes. See Screenshot attached. Where and How can I change / correct this ? Thanks for your help in advance. Dothead
