Hello, is there anyone out there who can assist me with a module creation? We just purchased whmcs, the mobile add on, custom script writing and the install service. We were told in the sales process that we could easily create a module for our email service to provision emails. Now when we actually need it to happen we're stuck. The template that is provided does not seem to work. I've placed the template on the server according to the instructions and the template doesn't even work. I've put in support requests and I just got confirmation that WHMCS folks are not going to help us out. So.....we are kind of screwed now after going this far down the road with this product. So I'm hoping there is someone who has already been through this process and is willing to share what they've learned. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
