Hello everyone, As a hosting company we are selling cPanel licenses through cPanel.com and we use WHMCS for shopping purposes but we do all activating and deactivating by hand and there are times we miss expiration dates and this returns back to us as loss money. Does anyone knows how long an affiliate cookie lives. Let me elaborate more. A customer clicks on an affiliate link, visits the site but doesnt make a purchase. Then comes back to the site X days later and makes a purchase and the system enters a commission for the affiliate. I am looking for the number x here. What is the max number for X is? Anyone? Dear WHMCS Community, When we cancel a customer service, we set their status to CANCELLED. Which is good. The problem is: There are more than one reason for a service to be cancelled. It could be just because someone chose the wrong package, or could be someone who just changed their mind. My problem is that I can not see the real cancellation result in my reports. I see may be 10 cancellations but I know that only one of them is a genuine cancellation therefore churn. I thought about having a new STATUS called REALLY CANCELLED to calculate churn... What would you recommend for my problem? Thank you,

I tried and doesn't work... Most likely i am missing something... Here are screenshots of the product page... When I go to DOMAIN NAME page and query a domain then this product does not show as an option... What am i missing?

Unfortunately this didn't work, may be I wasn't able to explain myself clearly. What I want is: When someone just orders a domain name, at the checkout, I would like to offer them product add-ons. I followed your step but nothing happened. Any other ideas? Thank you for the support by the way
