Dear WHMCS Community,
When we cancel a customer service, we set their status to CANCELLED. Which is good. The problem is: There are more than one reason for a service to be cancelled. It could be just because someone chose the wrong package, or could be someone who just changed their mind.
My problem is that I can not see the real cancellation result in my reports. I see may be 10 cancellations but I know that only one of them is a genuine cancellation therefore churn.
I thought about having a new STATUS called REALLY CANCELLED to calculate churn...
What would you recommend for my problem?
