  1. Thanks. It would be helpful to clarify specifically what functionality is provided "out of the box" and what the Explovision patch changes or adds. What is currently missing or broken in the default Kayako + WHMCS installation?
  2. Having a problem with a similar issue. When a yearly package is ordered and renewal comes up the following year, the domain must be listed under Domains and Package under Products/Services. The recurring amount for the domain name can not be $0 or I have seen it automatically renew the domain before receiving payment when the invoice is generated. When the domain becomes due the following year, how does the "Free domain" in yearly plan credit get automatically applied to the invoice? I assume the domain should be set with a recurring amount of the normal recurring amount due for domain renewals, and the hosting package should be set to the total for the hosting package. Does WHMCS automatically then apply a credit on the yearly renewal? Will WHMCS automatically renew the domain for a year once the invoice for the hosting service/package is paid? Am I understanding this correctly or can someone give us a better overview?
  3. An update on this posting. I purchased the 3rd party add-on by Explovision that Josh (from Explovision) was able to install and test with Kayako v3.20. We also purchased the installation service and are now waiting for the install and Kayako + WHMCS integration to be completed.
  4. We are looking to integrate Kayako eSupport with WHMCS however having problems using the built in Kayako/WHMCS support. We are getting the blank page issue as mentioned in this thread as well as the following notices when accessing the page (enabled in php.ini): Notice: Undefined variable: _LANG in /var/www/vhosts/secure.domain.net/httpdocs/knowledgebase.php on line 2 Notice: Undefined index: _a in /var/www/vhosts/secure.domain.net/httpdocs/knowledgebase.php on line 7 When accessing the supporttickets.php page we are seeing: Notice: Undefined variable: _LANG in /var/www/vhosts/secure.domain.net/httpdocs/supporttickets.php on line 4 The supporttickets.php esupport page does load but with the attached error message: ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please login by entering your Email and Password We are running the latest WHMCS v4 along with an older version of Kayako SupportSuite 3.20.02 (17 Mar 2008). We are running Plesk 8.6 and PHP4, CentOS-4 - latest updates via Plesk. I was also concerned as this thread mentions common issues with a lack of keeping the email address in sync. We are considering using the 3rd party add-on by Explovision that would address this issue however it requires a much later version of SupportSuite - http://www.explovision.net. If anyone has any recommendations or available to assist as a consultant, we would be very happy to get this issue resolved so that we can launch our new site.
  5. I have several packages that were recently imported from Modernbill. These accounts have a set "Next Due Date" for the hosting package of 2007 on an annual basis. I want to generate the oldest invoice, pay it with the customers card, an/ or generate the next due invoices since then. I see this is mentioned in the 4.0 Change Log: "* Ability to force the generation of an invoice for a products renewal due outside of the invoice date range" http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=19922 Please advise on how we can force the generation of invoices for accounts that are very past due. Thanks. -Tyler
  6. Does the version available at explovision.net include support for older esupport versions? We are running on an older server with PHP4 and SupportSuite 3.20.x. We are experiencing the same problems of white pages when using the built in loginshare integrate.php support.
  7. Bump. I also saw this in the Change Log however can't find a way to manually force due invoices to be created. Help.
  8. Bump. Anyone have an answer or other post that explains this?
