This is one of those "bugsy" features of WHMCS, I've always had a problem with this and the only solution is editing orders directly through mysql
-
Maybe its good enough to get me this awesome template free? Seriously looking forward to a release, let me know if you'd also be willing to do custom design work and how much you charge (over PM).
-
Actually you don't need to buy a new license, or have a second install. You can use specify the template to be used in the URL, for example: http://www.mortfiles.se/kundcenter/clientarea.php?systpl=portal http://www.mortfiles.se/kundcenter/clientarea.php?systpl=default

Until you add $100 to your account Then you can sell using the 100 bucks.

Yes, that may be true, *BUT* a lot, if not all hosting business provide instant or near instant setup that is completely automated by a script such as WHMCS, so we can't afford to wait for a member of the staff to review the order 8 hours later and accept it then. It takes too long, and with large business, you'd need staff dedicated to checking orders, while a simple script could check if the incoming paypal account is verified automatically, without human interaction.
-
It would be nice to have this feature automated, or for example, the script could check if the payment that was just received is from a verified member, and if it is, it proceeds with the order. If it's not however, the payment would get reversed and the product canceled.
-
You will need different installs as they each have different directory placement, though as a hint, I think with editing of the tpl files you could achieve what you want

Read the manual.
-
I think so as its just changing the POST URL, or whatever method Auth.net uses.
-
Do you run the cron every 24 hours, or at any set interval?
-
You will not be able to do this as the Authorize.net module is encoded, so your best option is to submit a ticket to Matt and pay for this kind of small modification, so that you receive a new encoded file with a different URL.
-
BAJI no offense, but you've been recommending this mod to everyone that asks for pricing information on non default WHMCS pages.. you might as well recommend getting another license of WHMCS because while Sparky's mod does this, it will be encoded, and it will only provide this service on some intended pages, not any page we wish.
-
Maybe something along the lines of VIP or Elite Member I wouldn't mind
-
WHMCS is just an advanced cart, with features aimed towards hosting, however it can be used for truly anything.
-
You'd need to add a Mail In Payment, which would contain the proper pay to information. Once you receive the check however, you'd need to manually apply the payment (as the transaction ID you could use CLIENT_ID-CHECK_NO).

Jealousy grows inside me

The thumbs are a bit small, but it does look VERY nice

Invoice reminder link wrong. {$invoice_link}
DedicatedPros replied to matt224's topic in Using WHMCS
When WHMCS sends out any links, it uses the URL you provide it under Setup > General Settings > WHMCS System URL and appends filenames to that url, such as viewinvoice.php or viewticket.php. So whatever you input in that field will get sent out to the clients. -
That is a shame, but why is the email sent out in French if the user chooses to view our client area in French? I'm not a French speaker so its painful to have to translate it, and as far as I could see, there is no option for to change this.
-
1. No, you do not need to have a coded website to use WHMCS, just order and you'll get the license key 2. You can purchase installation and integration services from WHMCS
-
When the MaxMind (or any other fraud module) marks an order as fraudulent, the email with the new order details should not be sent out to the admins. I think an option to choose whether to send the email only if the invoice is paid is also necessary, though maybe a little less than the first request.
-
If your product/service has stock control enabled, WHMCS will automatically subtract 1 from the total number when someone creates an order, even if the order gets marked as fraud or never gets paid for. I think this is a big issue and should be changed so that the stock amount gets lowered only if the order is accepted and/or if the invoice for that order gets set to paid. Anyone with me?
