  1. Hi, I found out that if your phone number is trucated: +44.1234567 - this works.
  2. Hi, In WHMCS 5.1.2, there is the OVH registrar modul. I get the error "Could not connect to host". This is well documented on this page: "http://docs.whmcs.com/OVH#Could_not_connect_to_host". Still I can't make the module work. My server is @ Hostgator. I asked with a HG technician to double check, the port 443 is open as requested. I do not understand where is the problem. Do anybody experience the same problem?
  3. Forget my question - it appears on the invoice automatically- Magic.
  4. Hi, this thread is old now. I wonder if someone could tell me if this is still not possible. I have created a custom filed (order n°xxx) for one product, and I would like to display it on my PDF invoices.
  5. On the client's page, when some invoices are unpaid, there is a red alert area stating: You have XX unpaid invoice. YOU HAVE is hard coded - I can't find where it is.
  6. I understand you point. The thing is that my primary offer is not hosting but web design. Hosting is offered, only for existing clients. So there is no online payment facility - only some rare occasions Paypal. Having the choice to automate this task would help to get some proper reports (like income forecast).
  7. Hi, Something I look for and can't find any answer. None of my clients pay using an online service. All use checks or direct bank debit. Do someone know if it is possible to automatically set a client to 'automatic payment'? If a custom check box is selected on his profile, for each payment, the invoice would be marked as PAYED the same day.
  8. Small change in the parameters, the cron job seems to send the newsletter: Newsletter sent to Client ID: xx - but I receive nothing... heeellpp is this really not working?
  9. Same here - trying to test it, but no email is sent. I setup the cron for an email every minute to myself only (for test) and received nothing. It simply does not seem to wrok. Sad as the idea of having this newsletter feature is really nice. If anyone has an idea, I would be glad to make it work. My WHMCS is 4.2.1
  10. I do not find a way so setup correctly the bottom of my PDF invoice. I took off the footer : $pdf->setPrintFooter(false); and want to replace it with my company address. But then, I always have a minimum of 50mm of margin at the bottom of the page. How can I fine-tune the placement of 3 lines of text at the bottom of the invoicepdf.tpl file?
  11. Anyone have an answer for this? It would allow clients to upload their logo at order - this would be handy for specific uses of WHMCS.
  12. Well, me too, I'd like to know ow to do that...
  13. Ey! that's interesting - I'm looking for something that would make the client area restricted to only members. This code seems fine, but I am not sure where I should put it. Can someone advice? Thank you
  14. any chance the date format could be displayed as: DD/MM/YYYY in the domain list?
  15. Solved! in case someone would have a similar problem, the proper path should be: /includes/jscript/adminmenu.js
  16. Hi! Silly question: I have some custom client fields that are not used for all clients. Is it possible, in my email template, to make a condition like if_exists{$client_custom_fields.1} then {$client_custom_fields.1} end if...
  17. Hi, On the utility page, it indicates : 1. Open homepage.tpl located in your whmcsdirectory/admin/templates directory. Find the following lines: <div class="errorbox">Quick Summary » <span style="color:#000000;">Todays Income: {$incometoday} - Pending Orders: {$pendingorders} - Pending Cancellations: {$pendingcancellations} - Overdue Invoices: {$overdueinvoices} ({$overdueinvoicesamount})</span></div> Problem: I can't find these lines... help!
  18. This is a feature I would really love to see working. Have the description of the product in the invoice - and obviously as well in quotes. Any news on this?
