Hello At the begininng our gateway was sending our invoiceid to us back and we were using it to define the invoiceid. But yesterday they changed the returned values and now there are no more invoiceid returns. I try to get the invoiceid with sessions and i tried on capture page $_SESSION['myinvoice'] = $params['invoiceid']; and then on callbackpage $invoiceid = $_SESSION['myinvoice']; but that doesnot work. Is there a simple method for this ?

Hello If we are creating a new domain in plesk 10, and the customer already have an account on the server we try to open the new domain, WHMCS opens the new domain assigned with existing account. So this make confused customer and us . in plesk 9.x whmcs opens the new cstomer account like this name surname xxx and every account were seperate. Hope whmcs team can fix this. Thanks

I have paid directly to the WHMCS support team , 40 USD but they made a non working module and for 48 hours they are not repling my tickets.

WHMCS is really good than i expect but the support team is dead. I mean they dont need to answer tickets in 15minutes but they must answer to tickets in a 12 hours time... I have applied for a payement module and paid 40 usd for it, 48 hours gone and there is no sign of development and fix (saying fix because its not working). No replies to tickets, no help. This is really boring not to get help something that you pay for!
