Hi I have a couple things that I can't seem to sort out, if someone could help me please. I have attached a screen capture. When a customer chooses a plan and then selects the option to register a new .co.za domain, it lists the .co.za domain and a .co.uk domain. Where is the option to rather list a .co.za and a .com domain? Or even all three? Secondly, If I do not enter a price for .co.uk (so that it is not an option to purchase) for the ZAR currency, it then lists the .co.uk domain wihtout a price and allows someone to buy it free. Thanks

Hello I am at my wit's end with Host Nine (Reseller Central). Could someone please recommend a similar web hosting reseller that integrates into WHMCS using the API function? Appreciate any feedback.

Fixed it! I had no luck on getting help so if anyone else gets into this problem, this is what I did: I originally created a new group in WHMCS called Web Hosting, then created my product called SH1, but where I originally entered HS1 in the module settings (refer to my original picture) I should have entered Web Hosting - HS1. I then had to also create a new package in RC called Web Hosting - HS1

I have had a look in the activity log and there is an entry: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 25 - Error: Please create a package first Is this referring to creating a package in WHMCS or RC? I have a package called HS1 in RC and added the name into the WHMCS module settings, so not sure what it is referring to.

Hello I have followed the procedure within the documents section and I just can't get the account to create within the Reseller Central when a package is purchased. I generated an API key within Reseller central and copied it over to WHMCS. package name within WHMCS and RC is also the same. I have tried adding my reseller account details, although it wasn't required in the docs. If someone could have a look at the pictures and tell me where I am going wrong please. Thanks

Can whmcs staff at least explain what the Auth Mode A is used for or update the wiki? I found a bit of info on the RBS site but didn't make much sense.

Hi I have finally had the FuturePay option enabled on my Worldpay account and I am trying to complete the settings within WHMCS. Could someone please explain the use of the Auth Mode A option? I am following the whmcs wiki for WorldPay and just wanted to know if these settings are still up to date or if someone has theirs configured differently. The request for the invisible auth password through me a bit, is this definately required before I send a request to their support? Thanks Rob
