Being new to the WHMCS system, two questions based on user feedback: Do you make the WHMCS & Control panel have the same user/password? I have end users that are confused why they get different passwords. How many e-mails do you send out after signup? The user by default gets 5 e-mails, has anyone combined these into one single message? Any Pro’s Cons?
