Yeah thought the "Amend the clients account to put the company name in the Given Name" was the only realy option. But was just wondering if there was any better options I was missing. Thanks for the help

We have recently had a client who wants all invoices and emails addresses to the company rather than him personaly. e.g. Dear COMPANY NAME, Which would be find if all clients wanted this, is there any way we can set WHMCS to alternate between them with a setting somewhere or is there any add ons that will do this for us? Hi Guys, Wondering in your opinion what is the best way of handling clients with multiple companies/websites. I don't want to give them separate logins for each company/site and also a lot of them use the same email address and I obviously can't enter duplicates. I want to be able to distinguish between them in the ticketing and billing sections of the site. Is there an easy solution to this problem, any help is appreciated.

Hi there, I am sure this is a simple one but I just can't find the file. I want to change the font for all of the outgoing emails but apart from manually going through and enclosing the entire email in a div and going through each one and doing the same. <div style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:10px;"> I can't find any way of doing it! I was hoping there is a way of editing a overall template file and therefore have all of the emails go out in one standard font. Thanks for any help. -- WHMCS Version - 4.0.0

Hi Guys, I am creating an add on module so that we can send out content form out to our clients. I have managed to do everything so far by interacting directly with the WHMCS database but have hit a snag. I want to be able to send one of the emails from the email templates to the specific client. However I don't know how to do this or what function to call. I could obviously just use the API but this seems silly as I have access to all of the functions. Any help would be great!!

Hi Guys, I would like to make WHMCS embed the logo that it puts in all of the emails. I have encoded the image and am ready to paste but for the life of me can't find the place where image are inserted into the email. Is this possible? Is there a template for the emails or are they created on the fly?
