Yes i can receive mail normally and the spelling is correct on my email address and yes i checked the spam/bulk folders and the email messages are not there and i do not know how to check the shell for errors or rejections

yes in the client account, the emails did get sent, but i did not get them on my email accounts

ok got that 1 problem fixed, but the emails are still not being sent to me when i create a new client and new support tickets

it saids that i have 3 support tickets open on my whmcs admin area, but when i click on it there error message comes up Access Denied You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets so do i need to reinstall my whmcs program then?

everytime you try to complete order on the whmcs demo, it gets stuck on the loading page screen and nothing happens and when you try to create it in the whmcs demo panel it gets stuck there to, and when you try to access the cpanel on it, it won't allow you to access it.
