I have having some problems with my SSL orders. I have a client who place an order for a SSL certification and she only get this message Dear , Thank you for your order for an SSL Certificate. Before you can use your certificate, it requires configuration which can be done at the URL below. Instructions are provided throughout the process but if you experience any problems or have any questions, please open a ticket for assistance. But there was no URL link on it. Please help

hi i am having problem with the payment gateway i have setup Nochex, Google Checkout,and Moneybooker but when clients made payment throw those gateways it is still showing as unpaid on the admin, sales areas and also on the client area please tell me how i can resolved this.
