I just found a back up on CD and restored. I will tread more carefully. Thank you for replying.

I started to work on my website which has been on hold for 6 months so I am rusty and learning all over again. All the pages are now loading below my header which has a left menu underneath , rather than loading next to the left menu. They were loading correctly until I altered the english.txt and then linked up my header top menu and footer menu. Other than that, I did nothing else. This is what is happening: Top banner with menu........................................................................... Left menu Client area sits here Footer instead of: Top banner with menu........................................................................... Left menu Client area should sit here Footer I would like to know what forces the pages to load under the header's left menu, rather than next to it so I can look at the code to see where I have made my error. Please be gentle with me as I realise my utter stupidity.
