Anyone getting problems with WHMCS support? I've had a ticket open for a long time but am not getting replies despite me reminding them to reply.

Does anyone know if there's a script that will do the following? - Change all user cpanel passwords as well as WHMCS passwords (same PW), and then send out an email to inform clients of their new info?

I bought the iWHMCS for iPhone, but every time I try to log in it just tells me: But it's strange, because my site opens up just fine in browsers on desktop and on the iPhone. Anyone know how to fix this?

I noticed this module doesn't seem to be working for WHMCS 4.4.2. Also I have hundreds of plans and it's only able to select like 1/3 of the plans.

We are using multiple languages in whmcs and have configured it for that. When creating new email templates, the default (english) email template body field is not saving. It always turn black after saving. Anyone experience this? We are running Version: 4.3.1.

Anyone know how to skip the AVS checking when billing a repeat customer using authorize.net? There are no such settings in WHMCS and I'm just wondering if this is possible.

How quickly does the WHMCS automatic unsuspension work after payment is made? I noticed a client had paid an invoice but his account was still suspended.

The thing is, "Invoice Unpaid Reminder" is sent prior to the system even attempts to charge the client.

Can someone tell me what the advantage would be to have "Invoice Unpaid Reminder" set say to 7 days if a customer is paying via credit card and their card gets auto-charged on the due date? That's the default setting for WHMCS and I'm just wondering why it's set like that. If payment is via Paypal or mailed-in check, I can see why this is necessary, but not if it's a credit card.

Anyone know if WHMCS comes with the ability to mass change all package prices, including existing clients already on those packages? The default behavior is, only new orders go by the new pricing. The old ones remain the old prices. However the manual changes is a hassle.

Hmm ok so which module is better to use? Stargate or ResellerClub module? Do they both have the DNS Nameserver Management feature?

Just a survey to see which domain reseller you guys are using. We've been using Enom but have been stuck since all support requests are bounced back and I'm told to contact ModernGigabyte, if you remember who they are from the very outdated Modernbill days.. We're looking at resellerclub.com now, but just wondering if you guys have better experiences with other domain resellers out there.

We have developed this module for a client. Basically lets the client add A/Cname/MX records, and forwarding urls. Basically sorta like Godaddy's domain features.

We are in the midst of creating a reseller system based on WHMCS (utilizing api, direct db calls, etc), where resellers can have their own control panel, set prices, and even have a front-facing CMS site of their own. This way resellers can have their own turnkey hosting company in a matter of an hour of customization. Anyone interested in such a system? We may be thinking of releasing this for sale if there's interest.

I was playing around with one of the free trials mods, and can't seem to find the original script any longer. Anyone know which it is? I see these files in my whmcs includes/hooks/ folder: remindtrial_hook.php removetrial_hook.php trial_functions.php

Is it possible to make a product to be paid monthly only for the first month? Then after that it is at least payment 12-months in advance?

I see that from within WHMCS there is a feature to modify DNS server settings. However, is there also a way for a client to modify DNS settings from there, if the client didn't purchase any hosting plan in the first place? This is for customers who have only purchased domains and want to set up A records to point elsewhere. Or perhaps there's a plugin out that that does this?

There are a few free trials addons in this forum. Could you guys give your opinions as to which is the best? Also, how exactly does a user pay for an upgraded accounts after using a trial account? Upgrade to a different plan?

In the reporting feature "Monthly New Orders Income Graph", exactly which data is it collecting from? Does it include pending and unpaid orders? I think it should not include this. I'm offering free trials for a few days and now my graph is spiking for this month.

What is the point of setting a product type as VPS/dedicated server? I think the order form is kinda confusing. It now has the fields for server name, ns1 and ns2. However I don't see where the client can enter the primary domain name of the server itself. I think the 3 fields I mentioned are just subdomains. Btw, I turned off domain registration and temporary url setting. I'm guessing the domain part needs to be set there?

Development of this module can be done, assuming that the data can be passed over via API. If not, I would do it via a direct database call, to bypass the encrypted whmcs code.
