Is there any way to resend this? I'm on a slightly outdated version (4.1.2) which doesn't allow resending it, is this something that can be done in updated versions? An automatic setup failed and I've had to create an account manually and I can't replicate that email.

I have a guy from France who signs up as a different name every single week who is constantly running CC through through WHMCS and he always gets set up. After getting set up, he is attacking my server and sending mass amounts of spam. How do I protect against fraud from someone who uses multiple names, multiple cards, and basically simply will not get off my back?

I just added an order through my admin panel. I've accepted the order, how do I get this order to actually create the module on my ResellerCentral to set up the account?

I'm new to WHCMS and my hosting has been live for about 20 days. Someone purchased a package on the 20th of last month (this is a monthly package) yet I noticed just today (the 7th) he was again invoiced. I'm assuming it's for the upcoming month, but isn't 2 weeks in prior a little early for invoicing? How do I change this?

I've looked through those, but they incorporate whole new packages rather than promotional codes. Is there any mod that uses a promotional code?
